Last week we were in luck at CIB labs, our first company in Spain, founded in March 2015.
It was a week of exchange, progress and celebration: employees from our offices in Germany, Austria, Portugal, Valencia and the USA came together in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to celebrate the 10th anniversary of CIB labs S.L..

Between workshops, release preparations and intense discussions about CIB seven & CIB flow, there was even time for a little team building - including a surfing course, bowling and a round of padel tennis.
Despite (or perhaps because of?) a full agenda, the energy in the team was palpable throughout. Focused work, laughing together, and driving an open source project forward with passion - that's the flow for us.

To celebrate, we gathered in the office for a toast and enjoyed a memorable dinner on Thursday - due to the 4-day week, Thursday is the new Friday for CIB employees. This was a great opportunity to strengthen our relationships and share anecdotes about our journey together over the past ten years.
