CIB incentives - healthier with the CIB stop smoking bonus

CIB offers great incentives to its employees at all seven european locations, including health promotion programs. These are designed not only to improve the health of each individual, but also to promote a healthier work environment for all.

The CIB Stop-Smoking Bonus

One of our best-known initiatives in this area is the program to help employees quit smoking with bonuses of up to EUR 3,000. Since the program was launched ten years ago, six CIB employees have given up smoking for good. The program is simple and effective: anyone who manages to quit smoking for six months receives a partial bonus. After 12 months of being smoke-free, you get the full bonus!

Vasily Melenchuck, the latest success story

Today we would like to congratulate our colleague Vasily Melenchuck on quitting smoking. Vasily has been working at CIB for more than 10 years and has now been completely smoke-free for 12 months. In November he will be rewarded with a bonus of 2,000 euros. Congratulations, Vasily!
