September traditionally marks the start of a new training year and an exciting time in the lives of many young people. This month is also a special highlight for the CIB Group, as we welcomed our new apprentices in Munich on Monday: Marius Wolf is being trained as an IT specialist for application development, and Sascha Schlüter as an IT specialist for system integration.

To sweeten the welcome for our new trainees, General Manager Antje Bauer and support staff Roman Thiel and Jens Lange presented them with our traditional welcoming cone.
Welcome to CIB Support
After a first office tour, Sascha and Marius got straight to work: laptop opened, and off they went! Together with their supervisors from the support team, they familiarized themselves with the first applications. Also, they had the opportunity to get to know other colleagues both in the office and virtually.
We are convinced that they will quickly find their way around and will soon be actively involved in the further development of our software solutions and wish them a lot of fun and enjoyment at CIB!
