Towards a process-based organization for Flessabank

Bankhaus Max Flessa KG was challenged with optimizing its internal business processes. The goal was to increase digitalization and automation while meeting regulatory requirements.

The solution

After a short training period, the specialist users were able to develop their own processes and forms and make them available for use within the organization.

Existing forms from the core banking system agree21 are compatible with CIB flow and can be used without further ado.

Achieved goals

  • Digitalization and workflow solutions

With CIB flow, the bank has a toolbox at its fingertips to bring the predominantly analog and decentralized processes into a uniform form, digitize them, and finally automate them.

  • Shorter throughput times and transparent processes

Through intelligent digitalization and automation, throughput times have been significantly reduced. The transparency of internal company processes is constantly increasing.

  • Efficient use of resources

Thanks to the parallelization and automation of work steps, now the bank works more efficiently and conserves resources.

  • Audit security and regulation

Audit security and compliance with BPMN 2.0 and audit trails are guaranteed in the productive work processes.
