Last week, we presented our solutions for automated document anonymization using artificial intelligence at the Madrid Innovation Lab (MIL), the city of Madrid's reference center for artificial intelligence and other deep-tech technologies, in Madrid.
The City Council of Madrid and other private companies actively participated with questions about specific use cases in public administration for which we already offer standard solutions:
- Artificial intelligence data extraction and automatic reading of scanned paper documents (CIB deepER)
- CIB easyForm form construction kit with form generator
- Automated anonymization with human correction option (CIB flow, CIB PoP)
Automated anonymization of administrative processes through data mining is essential to protect the privacy of citizens while enabling access to and use of valuable public information. It also makes it possible to reconcile the promotion of data reuse with compliance with personal data protection regulations.
CIB PoP like all our specialized AI modules, can be integrated into CIB flow the BPM platform for modeling and creating efficient automated business processes. The architecture of CIB flow allows the integration of AI modules that, among other things, identify data and, depending on the category, apply various anonymization techniques such as pseudonymization or character masking.
