CIB is developing its growth strategy and in recent weeks has invested in the Vienna headquarters. Two weeks of intense work in the Austrian capital served to expand customer relations and consolidate new partnerships.
Customer and partner relationships strengthened
A special focus was placed on cooperation with the Austrian Armed Forces y Bundesrechenzentrum (BRZ). The intensification of relationships and cooperation was confirmed in workshops. These partnerships will enable us to leverage synergies and grow together.
Vienna as a center for research and development
Vienna is an implementation and sales location a research and development center. In a workshop with Noreja Intelligence GmbH, process mining and the resulting synergies were discussed. This cooperation is to optimize internal processes and develop joint strategies.
There was also an intensive exchange with the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT), which focused on joint research projects in the field of data science and artificial intelligence.
Cooperation with research partners promotes innovation and is crucial for CIB's technological development and competitiveness.
Teambuilding
In addition to the business activities, the social aspect was not neglected. CIB Group owner and Managing Director of CIB solutions GmbH Ulrich Brandner hosted cultural events such as a visit to the musical "Rock me Amadeus", team activities and dinners with colleagues and friends such as the design agency Wienfluss rounded off the program and enabled valuable discussions and networking.
A successfull workshop
The two weeks in Vienna were intensive and productive. Through business meetings, workshops, and team-building activities, business strategies were developed, team spirit was strengthened and valuable relationships were forged. These strategies and partnerships are crucial for the growth and success of CIB's location in Vienna.
As part of the strategic planning, several options for a suitable office were examined. Interviews with qualified candidates highlight the expansion and strategic orientation towards a stronger presence in Vienna.
