Your tasks
- Support and reception of employees and guests
- Processing incoming mail and general correspondence
- Supervising the telephone switchboard
- Planning, implementing and following up on events
- Commissioning service providers
- Ordering (office supplies, drinks, etc.) and supervising general office matters
Your profile
- Ideally a completed apprenticeship in the hotel or gastronomy sector or in the commercial sector
- You have some work experience in the service or reception area
- You keep an overview even in hectic situations
- A professional appearance and appropriate manners
- You are confident in the use of common office programmes
