The probability of an error-free result is determined for each document. Depending on the processing costs and the importance of the documents, tolerable error rates for dark processing are determined. You decide when dark processing is acceptable to you.
If trust in the AI is high, you can give the AI more responsibility or tasks, as you can assume that the results are more likely to be correct.
Quality control as an example:
A probability of error of 3% is allowed:
- If the AI considers its own evaluation to be very reliable, the process is automatically transferred to dark processing.
- If the probability is between 80 and 97%, the procedure is forwarded to quality assurance to ensure accuracy.
- If the probability is less than 80%, the document is checked by the clerk and processed manually.
