From February 22 to 23, this year's Jugend forscht Regional Competition Iberia will take place at the German School of Lisbon under the motto "Make up your mind". CIB is once again the exclusive sponsor of the competition this year.
As a partner of Jugend forscht, CIB Grou supported this year's conference in Ingolstadt in early September. Federal, state and regional commissioners, directors and volunteers met to discuss the future direction of the Jugend forscht e.V. foundation.
CIB has been a sponsor of the “Jugend forscht Iberia” regional competition since 2021. Through its talent development program, CIB Impulsa, it currently supports and promotes six German schools abroad in Spain and Portugal, with a focus on encouraging students in the so-called M.I.N.T. subjects.
With CIB Group as exclusive sponsor, this year’s edition of the regional competition Jugend forscht Iberia took place under the motto “Make ideas big!” from February 15 to 17 at the German School Lisbon.

This year's winner of “Jugend forscht Iberia” in the physics category made it to the finals of the national competition in Germany and took home first prize. We congratulate the young researcher on this extraordinary achievement!
Last Wednesday, February 16, the awards ceremony for this year’s “Jugend forscht Iberia” took place. The regional competition was organized and hosted by the German School of Seville. CIB was represented by our employee Miguel Rebelo, who holds a degree in physics.
