As a company based in Munich, and a presence across Austria, Spain, and Portugal, we embrace every opportunity to come together. Last week, our Portuguese team met in Porches, Algarve, for a team-building event celebrating Bavarian culture.
The Vila Vita Biergarten in Porches offers a traditional Bavarian "Oktoberfest" experience. The authentic German restaurant captures the essence of Bavaria with long wooden benches, rustic murals, and a warm atmosphere.
Upon arrival, our portuguese colleagues together with our CEO in Portugal and CIB grounder Ulrich Brandner were greeted by staff in traditional Bavarian costumes.
The Biergarten's décor, with its cozy wooden furnishings and cheerful, lively atmosphere transported our team members directly to Germany.
Another highlight of the evening was the culinary experience, which was very well received by all guests. The selection ranged from tasty, crispy sausages and juicy schnitzel to delicious pork knuckles, and creamy potato salad and bretzel. Of course, authentic German beer was also served to fully enjoy the experience.
