Last week, CIB ARTwork colleagues at our Valencia headquarters enjoyed visiting the new Hortensia Herrero art center in Valencia's old town. This exciting excursion offered the opportunity to experience an impressive exhibition of international contemporary art, characterized by interactive works. The Art Center is in the heart of Valencia, surrounded by historic buildings and picturesque narrow streets.
The center's atmosphere fits perfectly into this environment and creates an inspiring space in which modern art is presented impressively.
The exhibition itself was a real highlight. It included a variety of artworks from around the world, all characterized by their contemporary expression and interactivity. Visitors had the opportunity to interact directly with the artworks, adding a dynamic and vibrant dimension to the exhibition. The visual and acoustic installations were particularly impressive, engaging the senses in different ways.
After the inspiring tour of the exhibition, we rounded off the day with dinner together. Near the art center, a reserved table awaited us at a well-known crêperie in the city, where we enjoyed traditional French galettes, which originated in Brittany.
On the tables there were colored pencils and blank sheets of paper as tablecloths. From there came the idea of drawing our favorite works from the Hortensia Herrero Art Center.
