Last week, CIB organized an exciting workshop on CIB seven our open-source fork of the Camunda 7 BPM engine, in which developers from our international locations participate. The workshop was an excellent opportunity to look closer at our customizations and enhancements to the BPM Community Edition platform. But it wasn't all about process automation: the intensive work sessions were balanced with fun team-building activities to make the week both productive and enjoyable for everyone.
A touch of Bavarian tradition
Striking It Big - Bowling evening
On Tuesday after the wokshop day, the team went bowling at a local bowling alley. For the team, the afternoon of bowling was a fun way to unwind and improve their bowling techniques in a relaxed and energizing environment. It was especially nice to see that other colleagues from the support and development team joined in the fun.
Paddle tennis for the sporty ones
In the middle of the week, the participants spontaneously organized a paddle tennis match. The fast and fun game was an active activity after an eventful day centered around the themes of CIB seven.
As a farewell, the team gathered for a Korean barbecue at YUMIRA to celebrate together the success of the workshop and the roadmap for the new Camunda 7 fork.
The perfect combination of productive work and entertainment
This workshop was an important starting point for the further development of our open source BPM engine CIB seven and provided valuable insights and progress.
At the same time, the good mix of in-depth development and social activities brought our team closer together and strengthened the team spirit - which is important for our success. We look forward to more events where we can combine work and fun. In this way, we can further strengthen our innovative power while preserving our corporate culture.
Let´s CIB!
